Rowberry Morris has one of the largest and most experienced Criminal Defence Departments in Gloucester, operating with more Duty Solicitors than any other firm in Gloucestershire. The Department is managed by Jon Holmes who has practiced as a Criminal Solicitor in Gloucester for all of his professional life.

We deal with hundreds of criminal cases every month - from the relatively simple cases that can start and finish in one day to more complex cases where a trial can last for several months. We generally represent clients before the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud Courts but will assist with charges elsewhere. Our clients are individuals, companies and professional firms. We are also retained by unions to represent their members in criminal allegations. We cover all Police Stations and Magistrates' Courts in Gloucestershire as well as the Crown Court.

We have the only Specialist Fraud Department based in Gloucestershire defending clients in the most complex cases of Fraud across the country.

Our Department is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always able to help whether you
