Our Commercial Department offers a range of services to business clients including:-

Our Civil Litigation Department deal with a wide range of commercial disputes including professional negligence claims whether before the courts or in arbitration. We have significant experience of defending businesses before the criminal courts on breach of regulations.

We also advise and assist our clients on cases before the Employment Tribunal, and will proactively work with you on your employment contracts, policies and procedures to ensure that you are complying with the latest regulations.
